This commercial blast chiller is completely made of stainless steel.
Food temperature can be brought from 70°C to 10°C (from 158°F to 50°F) in 90 minutes with positive blast chill and at -38°C (-36,4°F) in 240 minutes with negative blast chill.
Energy savings and an excellent cold seal are ensured by 6 cm / 2,36 In cyclopentane insulation.
Sensor probe for temperature control during positive blast chill included.
A warning message will appear directly on the display in case of an occurred error.
Automatic conservation mode at the end of the blast chilling cycle.
This schock freeze is equipped with a microswitch, that stops the fan as the door is opened.
