This commercial blast chiller and freezer with 7 trays, made of stainless steel, allows you to blast chill various types of food, bringing the temperature in the core of the food from 90°C to +3°C in a maximum time of 90 minutes for positive blast chilling and to -18°C in 240 minutes for negative blast chilling.

Characteristics of the 7 pans blast chiller CHABB7TGP

This commercial 7-tray blast chiller is equipped with 7,5 cm thick insulation on each side in cyclopentane foam, allowing excellent insulation and maximum energy saving.
Both the external body and the cooling chamber are made of high quality stainless steel.
The reversible and self-closing door is equipped with lock and opening alarm.
The LED light allows optimal illumination of the interior of the room.
It can hold 1/1 GN trays and 60x40 cm Euronorm trays, making it ideal also for pastry making.
The core probe is included in the price.
