Feature of the commercial and home blast chiller for 3 2/3 trays

This commercial blast chiller is made entirely of stainless steel.
You can chill food from 70 °C to +10 ° C in 90 minutes and freeze to -38 °C in 240 minutes.
The excellent 6 cm cyclopentane insulation will allows a high energy saving. and keep the food cold.
Included in the price you will find the temperature probe, wich allows to measure the core temperature of the food by blast chilling.
In the event of an error, a warning message will appear directly on the display.
It has an automatic preservation mode at the end of the blast chilling cycle.
This shock freezer is equipped with a microswitch that stops the internal fan when the door is opened.
