The Chefook saladette counter has a solid stainless steel structure and a galvanized steel bottom. The high quality stainless steel is solid, robust and easy to clean, thanks to the rounded internal corners , designed to further facilitate dirt removal.
Our models are excellently insulated with 4-cm-thick CFC-free polyurethane injected at a high pressure
Thanks to the optimal insulation and the automatic closing of the doors equipped with magnetic gaskets, the heat loss and the relative energy consumption are reduced to a minimum.
You will be able to adjust the temperature using an electronic control panel that is located on the front for convenience.
No manual operation will be necessary for defrosting and evaporating water: these operations are completely automated.
The operation of the salad counter fridge is not compromised by the presence of high external temperatures and high humidity levels: the extractable and tropicalized refrigerating unit can in fact withstand outdoor temperatures up to +40°C and a humidity rate of up to 60%.
The condenser can be easily inspected if necessary. The engine is in fact equipped with an openable compartment, making maintenance and cleaning operations easier.
