Above the refrigeration unit there is a solid granite top and an insulated under-top, while the GN 1/3 (basins excluded) insulated static refrigerated topping unit , if not included in the model, can be purchased separately as an optional.
Respect for the environment thanks to the use of R290 refrigerant gas, which has no negative impact on the environment and is easily available on the Italian market.
The use of quality raw materials is a guarantee of reliability. The internal and external part of the body is made of 304 stainless steel, in which high-pressure polyurethane foam is injected, creating perfect 60 mm thick thermal insulation and consequent energy savings.
The lower energy consumption is also guaranteed by the self-closing doors designed with magnetic gasket so that the risk of leaving the door open is minimized.
Practical to use thanks to the frontal temperature regulation controls. Furthermore, the defrosting and evaporation of condensation water is completely automatic, thus avoiding the loss of time that manual operations entail.
The height of the pizza counter can be changed thanks to the adjustable stainless steel feet.
