The BF80as granular ice maker produces ice suitable for keeping cold exposures of fish, salads, cold buffets or wine that must be kept at low temperatures and with a high humidity.

It is also used for the preparation of cocktails such as Caipirinha and Mojito and within SPA for therapeutic purposes or for wellness treatments.

This machine produces a maximum of 73kg per day of very high quality granular ice, containing a percentage of free water of 25%, ideal for preserving food exposures while maintaining the degree of humidity necessary to prolong its life and freshness.
Both the door and the space for ice collection are optimally insulated, minimizing the formation of air condensation and the formation of water on the surfaces of the equipment.
The system is equipped with water sensors that protect against the possibility of failures caused by the absence or shortage of water. Furthermore, a monitoring system checks for overloads in the gears, turning off the system before a possible problem occurs, thus avoiding costly repair costs.
The ice maker is equipped with an evaporator, worm screw and stainless steel finish and is built with high quality components, thus ensuring high reliability over time.
