This granular ice machine produces ice suitable for keeping cold products such wine, fish, salads, cold buffets displays that need be kept at low temperatures and at high humidity.

It is also used for the preparation of cocktails such as Caipirinha and Mojito, within SPAs for therapeutic purposes or for wellness treatments.

Both the door and the space for ice collection are optimally insulated, minimizing the formation both of air condensation and of water on the equipment surface.
The system is equipped with water sensors that protect against the possibility of failures caused by the absence or shortage of water. Furthermore, a monitoring system checks for overloads in the gears, turning off the system before possible problems occur, thus avoiding costly repair costs.
The ice maker is equipped with an evaporator, worm screw and a stainless steel finish and is built with high quality components, thus ensuring high reliability over time.
