CHFD2T64 commercial electric oven with indirect steam system features

  • Easy-to-use black 7" electronic control panel, which allows indirect steam setting and the possibility to program up to 50 recipes.
  • Pre-heating, heat conservation, rapid cooling and up to 24 hours delayed start programs included.
  • Its temperature can be set from 30°C to 350°C (from 86°F to 662°F).
  • This solid restaurant and pizzeria oven is provided with an AISI 430 stainless steel baking chamber with refractory stone bottom and a ventilated door with glass, which allows to check up the baking process.
