Ventilated refrigeration. The ventilated refrigeration of the professional refrigerator involves the use of a fan to evenly distribute cold air throughout the unit. This system helps to maintain a constant and uniform temperature throughout the internal space, ensuring that food items are optimally preserved and that there are no significant temperature differences between different shelves or areas of the cabinet.

Energy saving. Waste in the professional column refrigerator is minimized thanks to 8 cm insulation, which optimally maintains cold temperatures. Additionally, energy efficiency is enhanced by the door with removable magnetic seals and the "Thermal-braker" plastic anti-condensation system serving as the body frame for a perfect closure.
Engine compartment. Built with a monoblock system where all components necessary for the cooling process are contained within a single compact unit, including the compressor, condenser, evaporator, and other control and regulation devices.
Hot gas defrosting. In the hot gas defrosting system, the refrigerant gas of the system is temporarily diverted through an alternate circuit, where the gas is compressed and heated. The hot gas is then directed to the evaporator, where it warms the surface and melts the accumulated ice. Once the defrosting process is complete, the system returns to its normal cooling mode. This method offers several advantages over other methods, such as energy savings, reduced defrosting times, and the ability to perform defrosting without interrupting the cooling process.
Environment temperature. It indicates that the professional refrigerator cabinet is designed to operate effectively in an environment with a maximum temperature of 40°C. This means that even if the external temperature rises up to 40°C, the refrigerator is designed to maintain an internal temperature suitable for safely preserving food items. However, it is important to keep the fridge away from heat sources and excessively hot environments to ensure proper operation.
Coated evaporator. The evaporator is coated with an anti-corrosion covering, designed to accommodate various types of products and prevent puncturing.
Environmentally friendly. This refrigerator utilizes R600A refrigerant gas, known for its high cooling efficiency and low environmental impact. Thanks to these characteristics, it helps ensure low energy consumption.
Operating Temperature. The temperature range of -2°/+8°C indicates that the refrigerator is designed to maintain an internal temperature between -2°C and +8°C, thanks to the digital thermostat. This temperature range is ideal for preserving fresh foods such as meats, dairy, and dairy products. The Energy Saving mode of the refrigerator is designed to learn from your habits and optimize energy consumption. During the night, when refrigerator usage is typically lower, the compressor slightly raises the internal temperature by activating the Eco mode. This allows for reduced energy consumption without compromising the freshness of the food.
Dimensions. The width of the refrigerator cabinet is 70 cm, the depth is 82 cm, and the height is 205 cm
Adjustable feet. Ranging from 7.5 cm to 9 cm, these are useful to adjust the height to optimize its usage.
Door. The door is foamed with cyclopentane and features automatic closure and a lock. The door's removable magnetic gasket can be easily replaced if worn out. The internal guides are molded, and it comes equipped with 3 Rilsan GN 2/1 grids and a bottom shelf with support to improve air circulation.
LED Lights. The refrigerator cabinet is equipped with an integrated lighting system. LED lighting enhances visibility of the stored products inside, making it easier to locate and organize food items.
Display. The refrigerator features an electronic controller that displays the main information, enabling more precise and detailed monitoring of operations. A warning message will be displayed on the screen in case of error, allowing you to promptly take action to resolve the problem.
