The 12 Kw brass flame spreader, adjustable by means of a valve is able to produce a powerful vertical flame ideal for perfect cooking with WOK.
Easy to clean: burners, flame spreaders and control panel are easy to remove, making cleaning, sanitising and maintenance operations easier. In addition, a metal container (drip pan) is positioned under the cooker hob to facilitate the collection of food fat.
You can adapt the height of the wok hob according to your needs thanks to the adjustable 304 stainless steel feet.
