Features of the commercial gas steam kettle 55 Litres / 12 UKGal, 70 cm / 27,5 depth

  • The worktop, front panels and the solid 15/10 thick cooking vessel are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the bottom of the tank is made of AISI 316 20/10 stainless steel.
  • The feet are adjustable.

How does the gas steam kettle work?

  • The heat is indirectly transferred by low pressure steam (0.5 bar) generated inside the cavity by tubular burners equipped with a safety thermocouple and piezoelectric ignition. The water for filling and washing the container and the cavity is introduced through taps with articulated neck and discharged through a one-and-a-half-inch tap, operated by athermic handle.
  • The pressure inside the cavity is monitored by a mechanical pressure gauge with an indicator installed in the upper part of the bodywork.
  • You can set the power using a tap with minimum and maximum.
