Blaze is a mini commercial granita and sorbet machine dispensing slush, creams, yoghurt and sorbets, and is therefore ideal for bars and ice-cream parlours. Its dimensions are small and energy consumption is reduced. Ideal for activities that require limited daily production.

Available in the 2 litre single tank version.

This commercial granita and slush machine offers many advantages including being easy to use, low energy consumption, very quiet and easily customisable, making it an excellent investment for your bar or ice cream parlour.
The electromechanical operation makes the granita machine reliable regardless of the outside temperature while maintaining high performance.
The machine is equipped with a vertical stirring system that is able to make the granita or sorbet thick and not very frothy. You can also adjust the density of the product using a knob.
It is easy to clean, maintain and long-lasting thanks also to the absence of product infiltration inside the machine due to the seal-less vertical handling system.
