CHEFOOK's commercial gas bratt pan CHBRG120GT9-EKO is provided with an 120 liter tank, a tank lid, AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel worktop and underneath panel, in order to ensure a hygienic and use-resistant surface.

The self-balanced hinged lid and the AISI 310 H 200 stainless steel tank guarantee long life and easy cleaning.
The vitrified, scratch and corrosion-resistant cast iron chimney protects the bratt pan from external agents, while the height-adjustable AISI 304 stainless steel feet offer the best flexibility and ease of use.
This commercial gas bratt pan is equipped with tubular burners located underneath the tank, with pilot light and thermocouple valves system to ensure consistent and safe cooking. The temperature can be set from 100°C to 300°C by the thermostatic temperature control and piezo ignition of the burner.
Our commercial bratt pan is also provided with manual tilting and an externally-loaded water dispenser with a front-loading faucet for greater flexibility and ease of use.
