The activated carbon filter for commercial kitchen extraction is used in case of commercial extractor hood without flue pipe, allowing you to eliminate the fumes produced by your commercial range in an easy and fast way.
The activated carbon filter unit is composed of a pre-filtering panel; inside there are cylinders in a variable number depending on the size of the filtering unit. Each cylinder contains a quantity of coal which, thanks to its properties, is able to retain inside it the fats and molecules present in the cooking fumes.
The coal will be replaced simply by refills that can be purchased separately.
