The Chefook X951E warewasher is a commercial dishwasher equipped with a washing pump that develops 2.7 horsepower, ensuring optimal sanitation of any cookwear. Its dimensions allow it to contain even the most bulky utensil such as pans and planetary mixers parts.

  • This utensil washer is equipped with electronic controls that allow high levels of customization. Through a convenient LCD display, it will be possible to monitor and adjust various settings including the temperature and washing cycles / times.
  • Thanks to the high useful height and the large dimensions of the basket, this commercial dishwasher can accommodate cookwear up to 57.5 x 64.5 x 44.5(h) cm. It is therefore ideal for washing planetary mixers parts, pots, trays, various types of utensils and can contain up to 26 plates per cycle . Its maximum productivity is 30 baskets per hour, corresponding to 780 plates every 60 minutes.
