This sturdy electric ventilated commercial bakery oven with manual panel is able to accommodate 60 x40 cm trays.

Ideal for baking pastry and bakery products, it allows you to cook tasty baked and leavened products such as cakes, croissants, brioches, biscuits, donuts or fine pastries.

Its use can also be extended within bars and small deli shops to prepare dishes such as pizza in a tray, to return fragrance to frozen bread or to bake small quantities of bread.

For bakeries that need to produce large quantities of bread, rotor ovens are recommended.

  • Made In Italy. The professional bar and pastry oven features an external structure and cooking chamber made of AISI 304 stainless steel, durable and rust-resistant. Easy to clean thanks to the absence of hidden corners.
     
  • Convection cooking. The bar oven heating is by convection with electric resistance, thanks to the presence of the motor that guarantees the perfect circulation of air inside the chamber. The internal fan ensures a constant circulation of hot air, promoting even and rapid cooking on all sides of the food.
     
  • Regular humidification. This pastry oven offers the possibility to control the humidity. A steam injection system allows you to adjust the humidity level inside the oven, creating an ideal environment for baking leavened goods, bread, and products that require softness and crispness.
     
  • Cooling system. It is equipped with a forced cooling system to protect the internal components from high temperatures, ensuring a longer lifespan.
    Temperature regulation. It has a thermostat for temperature regulation from 50°C to 275°C.
     
  • Dimensions. The width of the pastry oven is 79 cm, the depth is 75 cm, and the height is 63.5 cm. The oven can hold a maximum of 4 trays/grids measuring 60 x 40 cm (not included).
