Nickel-plated cast iron double crown burners with a shielded pilot flame for a faster and more effective cooking.
GN 2/1 commercial gas oven has an aluminum-lined chamber and steel base; the maximum safety during its use is ensured by the thermostatic temperature control and the piezoelectric burner ignition with self-stabilized flame; supplied with three-tier rack grills and double-walled oven door with stainless steel outer door. Thermostatic temperature control by thermocouple safety valves system.
