This commercial electric pizza oven is equipped with a refractory stone hob to guarantee perfectly baked pizzas.
You can bake pizzas with a diameter up to 34 cm.
It is powered at 380 V in three-phase + neutral and is thermally insulated by a mattress.
The heating elements heat up quickly and evenly and are armored in steel to avoid rapid wear.
The internal light fitted as standard and the steel door with glass make it possible to monitor the baking process at all times.
The possibility of superimposing one chamber-ovens up to two pieces without a chimney connection opens the possibility to various customization choices according to one's needs.
The oven is manufactured in stainless-steel thus ensuring hygiene, solidity and durability over time.
In the 2-chamber ovens, each aluminized chamber is independent and equipped with a general switch and mechanical thermostats that allow the temperature displayed on the analogue thermometer to be adjusted up to 450°C.
