  • Materials: This electric pizza oven comes standard with a refractory stone bed, a material that is excellent for cooking pizzas as it retains heat well and absorbs excess moisture from the base of the pizza, ensuring a crispy, well-cooked crust. With a 15mm refractory stone cooking surface, you can achieve results similar to a traditional wood-fired oven, but with the convenience and precision of an electric oven.
  • Operating Temperature: Thanks to armored heating elements on the ceiling and bed, the professional pizza oven reaches a temperature of 450°C, separately adjustable with a dedicated mechanical thermostat for each element.
     
  • Power Supply: The professional electric pizza oven has a power of 5.6 kW and a 380 V three-phase + neutral power supply, making it capable of handling a high workload.
     
  • Dimensions: The external dimensions of the pizza oven are 99 x 92 cm with a height of 38 cm, while the internal dimensions are 70 x 70 H 15 cm. It can cook up to 4 pizzas with a diameter of 34 cm.
     
  • Analog Thermometer: This professional electric oven is equipped with a general on/off controller. By setting the desired temperature, the controller will automatically activate the ceiling and bed elements to bring the oven to the desired temperature. The corresponding indicator lights provide immediate visual feedback, indicating when the oven is on and when it has reached the desired temperature, further simplifying the cooking process.
     
  • Chimney Valve: The chimney valve allows the regulation of the outflow of fumes and cooking vapors from the cooking chamber and the retention of heat within it. It is advisable to keep the valve completely closed when the oven is heating up, to reach the desired temperature as quickly as possible.
     
  • Door: The pizza oven door is insulated with glass wool, internally lined with aluminized steel to reflect heat, and externally made of stainless steel. The large double tempered glass allows for excellent visual feedback and is easy to clean.
     
  • Stackable: The possibility of stacking pizza ovens up to two units high, without a chimney connection, opens up various customization options depending on your needs.
     
  • Complete in Refractory (optional): With an interior completely lined with refractory stone, you can be sure that the heat will be distributed evenly over the entire surface of the pizza. Moreover, with less heat dispersion, the oven will maintain a more constant temperature, allowing for better cooking management and a more precise final result..
