Features of the 8 litre commercial electric induction fryer with tap

Solid, easy to clean and made of stainless steel, it is equipped with practical liquid-proof touch controls and a timer function that you can adjust up to 120 minutes.
The temperature, which can be set up to 190°C, can be controlled via digital display.
Safe to use: the commercial deep fryer is equipped with a protection system in case of overheating and automatically stops the machine when not in use.
You can check the oil level when the machine is switched on. The frying oil will then be drained through a practical tap.
