10-Tray Enhanced Commercial Blast Chiller and Flash Freezer: the Classic version of our blast chillers.

Our commercial blast chillers/flash freezers are essential for rapid freezing of food and its storage, maintaining the quality of the product unchanged and extending its life.

Blast chilling/freezing causes a thermal shock that inhibits the proliferation of bacteria in full compliance with HACCP regulations. 

That's why you should choose an enhanced commercial Chefook 10-tray blast chiller/shock freezer

  • The enhanced commercial blast chiller is even more powerful, lowering the temperature of food to -18°C (64,4°F) in less than 2 hours, obtaining water micro-crystallization and thus preserving the molecules of the product.
  • The blast freezer/chiller is equipped with a probe pin to be inserted directly into the food to monitor its internal temperature through the digital control panel.
  • The presence of an electronic board to allow you to customize the cycles setting (+3°C; -18°C / 37,4°F -64.4°F), adjusting the blast chilling/freezing times.
  • You can choose between blast chilling to quickly bring the temperature to +3°C (37,4°F) and blast freezing so that the food quickly reaches the core temperature of -18°C (-64.4°F).
  • Built in stainless steel to guarantee maximum durability.
