  • Located on upper part of the table, the divider includes 5 different diameters bushes:
    • 4 cm for 50 to 90 g portions
    • 4,5 cm for 80 a 130 g portions
    • 5 cm for 120 a 180 g portions
    • 5,5 cm for 170 a 230 g portions
    • 6 cm for 220 a 300 g portions
    Various grammages can be made thanks to the bushes combined with the adjustable cutting sensor.
  • After being portioned, the dough falls directly into the rounder at the bottom of the table: in a few seconds, dough rounding will occur..
  • Both the divider and the rounder are easy to disassemble to achieve a deep cleaning.
