The commercial electric steam kettle is the right solution for all medium-large size restaurants and catering activities that need to cook large volumes in a short time.

Features of the commercial electric steam kettle 200 Litres / 44 UKgal, 90 cm / 35,4 in depth

  • The worktop, front panels and the solid 15/10 thick cooking vessel are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the bottom of the tank is made of AISI 316 20/10 stainless steel.
  • The feet are adjustable.

How does the electric steam kettle work?

  • The heat is indirectly transferred by low pressure steam (0,5 bar) generated inside the cavity by resistances equipped with safety thermostats. The water for filling and washing the container and the cavity is introduced through taps with articulated neck and discharged through a two-inch-diameter tap, operated by athermic handle.
  • The pressure inside the cavity is monitored by a mechanical pressure gauge with an indicator installed in the upper part of the bodywork.
  • You can set the power via a three-position switch and the temperature via a separate control.
