Features of the electric salamander grill

  • The heat source, also called heating body has special resistors and it is located on the top of the machine. It has an adjustable height to increase or decrease the effectiveness of the grill according to your needs.
  • The heating body is divided into two zones regulated by electric simulators that allow them to be used separately.
  • The body of the kitchen salamander and the grills are made of 18/10 stainless steel. The latter are easily removable, thus facilitating cleaning operations.
