The Chefline saladettes have a completely solid stainless steel structure. The high quality stainless steel is solid, robust and easy to clean, thanks to the rounded internal corners, designed to further facilitate the removal of dirt.
Our models are excellently insulated with CFC-free polyurethane injected at a high pressure of 4,5 cm thick.
Thanks to the optimal insulation and the automatic closing of the doors equipped with magnetic gaskets, the heat loss and the relative consumption are reduced to a minimum.
You will be able to adjust the temperature using an electronic control panel that is located on the front for convenience.
No manual operation will be necessary for defrosting and evaporating water: these operations are completely automated.
The operation of the refrigerated saladette is not compromised by the presence of high external temperatures: l 'removable refrigeration unit can in fact withstand external temperatures up to +40°C.
The condenser can be easily inspected if necessary. The engine is in fact equipped with an openable compartment, making maintenance and cleaning operations easier.
