Caress is a commercial granita and sorbet machine dispensing slush, creams, yoghurt and sorbets, and is therefore ideal for bars and ice-cream parlours. Its dimensions are small and energy consumption is reduced.

Available in the version with one or two tanks of 5.5 litres each.
