The Chefook Italian-made 9-tub ice cream display cabinet is equipped with low-emissivity curved glass and internal light to allow optimal exposure of the ice-cream tubs. Thanks to the 4 pivoting wheels it can be easily moved.

Features of the 9 x 5-litre tub ice cream display cabinet

This ice cream cabinet for creamy ice cream offers not only the advantage of optimal ice cream tubs exposure, but also the possibility of containing two shelves of 12-cm high trays in the display compartment, optimizing the available space.
The capacity is 9 tubs of 5 litres.
The finned pack static evaporator is necessary to keep the cold in the upper part of the tub where the ice cream is exposed. The serpentine is necessary to keep the tubs cold both in the reserve and on the lower part of the exposed tubs.
The reserve is equipped with a practical self-closing door.
Inside the finned pack there is a resistance for defrosting.
An electronic control instrument allows to precisely adjust the temperature from -15°C to -20°C and to control automatic defrosting when necessary. Defrosting can also be manual.
Tubs in the storage compartment: 36 x 2,5 Lt tubs, 24 x 4 Lt tubs, 12 x 4,7 Lt tubs , 16 x 5 Lt tubs , 10 x 5,2 lt tubs
The refrigeration is static.
