The Italian-made Chefook ice cream display cabinet with 13 tanks is equipped with low-emissivity curved glass and internal light to allow optimal exposure of the ice-cream tanks.

Characteristic of the ice-cream display case 13 5-liter trays

This showcase for whipped ice cream offers not only the advantage of offering the optimal exposure of ice cream tubs, but also the possibility of containing two shelves of 12 cm high trays in the display compartment, optimizing the available space.
The capacity is 13 tanks of 5 liters or alternatively 20 tanks of 4 liters.
The 2 static finned evaporators are necessary to keep the cold in the upper part of the tank where the ice cream is exposed. The serpentine on the walls serves instead to keep the tanks cold in the reserve and on the lower part of the exposed tanks.
Inside the finned pack there is a resistance for defrosting.
An electronic control instrument allows to precisely adjust the temperature from -18°C to -20°C and to control automatic defrosting when necessary.
Trays in the reserve compartment: 40 2,5 Lt trays, 30 4 Liter trays, 15 4,7 Liter trays, 18 5 Liter trays.
Refrigeration is ventilated.
