The Chefook SM991E warewasher is a commercial dishwasher equipped with 2 washing pumps that develops 2,7 horsepower, ensuring optimal sanitation of any cookwear. Its dimensions allow it to contain even the most bulky utensil such as pans and planetary mixers parts.

  • This utensil washer is equipped with electronic controls that allow high levels of customization. Through a convenient LCD display, it will be possible to monitor and adjust various settings including the temperature and washing cycles / times.
  • Thanks to the high useful height and the large dimensions of the basket, this commercial dishwasher can accommodate 2 dishes basket up to 57,5 x 64,5 x 82,5 (h). It is therefore ideal for washing planetary mixers parts, pots, trays, various types of utensils and can contain up to 52 plastes per cycle. Its maximum productivity is 60 baskets per hour, corresponding to 3120 plates every 60 minutes.
  • Maximum hygiene is guaranteed both by the end-of-day self-cleaning cycle that limits the formation of limescale, and by the easy-to-clean rounded tank equipped with integral filters. Moreover, thanks to the Thermostop function, washing and rinsing will never take place at temperatures lower than those set.
  • Thanks to its electronic control, in case of need, it is able to carry out a self-diagnosis and suggest to the operator some simple actions to perform, allowing to solve some types of problems independently and be able to return to full operation!
