• The water used to generate steam is quickly heated by powerful tungsten resistors placed outside the tank. A three-position selector allows you to adjust the power.
• This capacious steamer comprises a 35-litre water containment tank in sturdy AISI 316 stainless steel; an overflow will prevent water from exceeding the maximum level.
• The top in AISI 316 stainless steel covering the tank is equipped with holes for the passage of steam used for cooking.
• Water loading is automatic and with level control, while unloading is via the tap located in the lower compartment.
• The controls are located on the front side panel and you can easily extract the control panel to facilitate maintenance and cleaning operations.
• The 304 stainless steel feet are adjustable allowing you to adapt the height of the steamer according to your needs
