This commercial gas oven with direct steam and touch panel is ideal for gastronomy and pastry shops thanks to its four 1/1 GN trays (60x40 cm). Complete with automatic washing system with liquid detergent and core probe.

Features of the CHFIT-4TPLUS-GAS commercial digital steam oven

  • This commercial steam oven is easy to use thanks to the practical control panel with touch screen, installed directly on the door and with a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels: you can set the direct steam with automatic adjustment, program 20 cooking phases and store up to 1000 recipes;
  • The temperature of the commercial oven can be set from 30°C to 270°C and the cooking time management is divided into levels, so you can cook several dishes by setting different times;
  • It has an airtight cooking chamber and frame, both in AISI 304 stainless steel, to guarantee maximum solidity, hygiene and safety;
  • Easy to clean, thanks to the rounded corners of the chamber and the automatic washing system that ensure maximum hygiene; 
  • The commercial steam injection oven has the possibility of setting two ventilation speeds, with auto-reverse, and of choosing between normal and semi-static ventilation: in this way it is possible to make both deli dishes and more delicate products such as pastries.
