  • The 1,2 mm thick top, commercial hob, the door and back door of the commercial oven are made of stainless steel to ensure maximum hygiene and long term wear resistance.

  • The cast iron burners will heat your food evenly.
  • A safety system (thermocouple) prevents any risk of gas escape.
  • Thermocouple protected by a brass cover.

Main features of the commercial oven

  • The 3,6 kW professional gas static oven can accommodate 4 1/1 GN (53 x 32.5 cm) grids or trays
  • Its standard equipment includes also an anti-tip grid and a high-strength stainless steel handle.
  • You can adjust the temperature of the commercial oven using a thermostat.
