Light Power commercial 6 burner gas hob with electric oven: minimum space, maximum versatility and durability

  • This reliable 6 burner commercial hob is combined with an excellent commercial oven to ensure greater versatility of use and optimisation of your available space.
  • The commercial hob, the door and back door of the commercial convection oven are made of AISI 304 stainless-steel to ensure maximum hygiene and long-term wear resistance.

Main features of the commercial hob

  • The commercial hob is equipped with cast iron grills and 3,4 e 2,8 Kw aluminium and brass alloys burners covered with an enamelled cast iron flame spreader plate to heat the base of the pot evenly.
  • A safety system (thermocouple) prevents any risk of gas escape.

Main features of the commercial oven

  • The 3 kw commercial electric oven can accommodate 3 1/1 GN (53 x 32,5 cm / 20,9 x 127,9 in) grids or trays
  • Its standard equipment includes also an anti-tip grid and a high-strength stainless steel handle.
  • You can adjust the temperature of the commercial oven from 50°C/122°F to 270°C/518°F using a thermostat.
