Solidity ensured by the AISI 304 stainless steel structure, the 2 mm thick AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel top and the AISI 304 stainless steel front panel will ensure durability and maximum hygiene for your kitchen.
This high-performing commercial gas stove is equipped with cast iron burners with pilot flame built in a single mould, ensuring solidity and durability over time. The burners from 7,4 Kw onwards are equipped with double crowns so that you can heat any pan evenly.
The frontal taps allow you to adjust the intensity of the flame to your liking, so that you can perform any type of cooking!
The burners can be completely disassembled, and the basins located under them extracted, making maintenance and cleaning operations fast and easy and thus ensuring your commercial stove maximum cleanliness and hygiene.
The pilot flame, allows you to open and close the taps with minimum gas expenditure, optimising both time and energy savings.
A safety thermocouple prevents gas from escaping when the pilot flame is turned off.
