You will always get the most out of every dough thanks to the indirect humidification function, which can be adjusted via a manual button.
It is equipped with an AISI 430 stainless-steel proofing chamber that you can adjust from 30°C to 60°C depending on your needs. It will therefore not only be useful for leavening bakery products but also for keeping your food warm.
Modular commercial dough proofer compatible with CHF 464 TC , CHF 664 TC and CHF 1064 TC ovens to which it is connected via cable and controlled via the touch display of the oven itself.
Thanks to the two-glass doors with side opening you can also control the leavening progress at any time.
