This sturdy electric ventilated commercial bakery oven with manual panel is able to accommodate 60x40 cm trays.
Ideal for baking pastry and bakery products, it allows you to cook tasty baked and leavened products such as cakes, croissants, brioches, biscuits, donuts or fine pastries.
Its use can also be extended within bars and small deli shops to prepare dishes such as pizza in a tray, to return fragrance to frozen bread or to bake small quantities of bread.
For bakeries that need to produce large quantities of bread, rotor ovens are recommended.
