Features of the hand meat slicer Dolomia vertical blade 370 S

The butcher meat slicer is manufactured with quality materials; the quick fit slice deflector, the bracket (DOLS370S), the bayonet fitting and all the small parts are in stainless steel, while the bumpers on the tray are in vulcanized rubber.
The Dolomia meat slicer has a rounded design. It cuts the slices with a maximum thickness of 3 cm.
The electronic card can be switched from single-phase to three-phase operation.
The blade extractor and the sharpener are supplied as standard; the latter is equipped with a lower protection tray to safeguard your safety.
Easy to clean. The distance between the blade and the head is 7 cm and the bracket, the grease shield and the cover that supports the ramp are easily removable.
The tray slides on lapped cast iron sliding bushes, thus ensuring the linearity of the movement.
