Zaffira is a line of very stable and solid professional meat slicers with more rounded edges and a bigger product table for the cold cuts. They have been designed to support a greater load.

What are the features of the gravity meat slicer Zaffira

This commercial hand meat slicer with a 38° angled blade has a rounded line and no sharp edges or visible screws.

It is solid and performing. The small parts and the slice deflector with snap-on bayonet fitting are in stainless steel while the stops on carriage are in vulcanised rubber.
The slicer comes complete with a sharpener and its protection bottom and the blade extractor.
The tray slides on self-lubricating bushings, thus ensuring linearity of movement and precision in cutting the slice.
The distance between the blade and the head is 4.1 cm, facilitating cleaning operations.
