The commercial vertical meat slicer Zirconia is a stable and solid machine with a rounded design. It is suitable for supporting a high load and also slicing large salami.

Features of the hand meat slicer Zirconia vertical blade 350 mm

It's a solid machine, manufactured with high quality material. All the small parts and the slice deflector with snap-on bayonet fitting are made of stainless steel while the stop on carriage is made of vulcanized rubber.
The distance between the blade and the head is 4.8 cm.
Easy to clean. The ramp support cover and the grease shield can be easily removed while the blade can be easily removed by a standard extractor.
The sharpener is supplied as standard and has a lower protection tray to guarantee your safety.
The tray slides on lapped cast iron sliding bushings, thus ensuring the linearity of the movement.
The maximum thickness at which it is possible to cut meat and sausages is 3 cm.
The electronic card can be switched from single phase (110-220 V) to three phase (380 V).
