Features of the commercial hob with radiant plate
The commercial 4-burner top hob with cast iron grills is combined with a piezo-electrically ignited radiant cooking plate, with temperature decreasing from the centre towards the edges. Use this plate to prepare sauces and creams while you cook the dishes on the hob or to keep them hot.
A safety thermocouple installed on all burners allows a commercial range to be used without the risk of gas escaping when the fire is off and there is no pilot flame.
The cast iron gas burners of this commercial hob are operated by a valve tap with pilot light and adjustable by means of convenient knobs; the pilot flame has an AISI 304 steel cover.
The double crown burners have a power of 7.4 kw while the single crown burners have a power of 5.5 kW.
