The commercial electric griddle 20EX7FL8MP-2 has a brushed stainless-steel smooth double plate suitable for any cooking type. The surface is slightly tilted so that the oil and grease drips into a container through a large drain hole.

This commercial electric griddle has a 1.2 mm thick AISI 304 18/10 worktop and a smooth stainless steel AISI 430 frying plate with MOCA certification.
The commercial electric griddle is heated by incoloy steel resistors. Incoloy steel is an alloy used for its very high resistance to oxidation and high temperatures.
The temperature regulation is carried out by means of the thermostat knob located on the front side.
This catering electric griddle is safe to use. A manual reset safety thermostat will switch off the heating elements if the temperature exceeds the maximum limit beyond which there is a risk of damaging them.
Floor commercial griddles have adjustable feet.
