The commercial electric griddle CHEX6FL3BP/CR has a brushed smooth plate coated with hard-chrome suitable also for delicate cooking. The surface is slightly tilted so that the oil and grease can drip into a container through a large drain hole.

Features of the commercial electric griddle CHEX6FL3BP/CR

  • The commercial electric griddle is heated by incoloy steel resistors. Incoloy steel is an alloy used for its very high resistance to oxidation and high temperatures.
  • The temperature regulation (50°C/122°F - 270°C/518°F) is carried out by means of the thermostat knob located on the front side.
  • This catering electric griddle is safe to use. A manual reset safety thermostat will switch off the heating elements if the temperature exceeds the maximum limit beyond which there is a risk of damaging them.
  • Floor commercial griddles have adjustable feet.
