Main Features of the Bar Glass Washer – Model CHLB40TEKO+PS+COMBI4

  • Mechanical button interface. The control panel features large mechanical buttons and bright LED indicators for easy and intuitive operation, even in low-light environments. Multiple wash programs are available to handle everything from light to heavy soiling.
  • Sturdy and safe construction. This commercial glasswasher is built with AISI 304 stainless steel, featuring a partially pressed structure with welded corners to minimize dirt accumulation and bacteria growth. The double-insulated door with reinforced hinges ensures safe and ergonomic operation, while the removable basket guides simplify cleaning and maintenance.
  • dFilter Technology – Dual filtration system. The innovative dFilter system ensures clean wash water and long-lasting component protection:
    • Step 1: Larger debris is captured by the external filter.
    • Step 2: The internal filter traps finer particles.
    • Step 3: Microparticles are drained away, ensuring consistently clean water and uninterrupted hydraulic performance.
  • High efficiency and performance. The wash arms and motor pump are engineered to deliver a powerful and even water jet, providing deep cleaning for glassware and cups in a short time.
  • Thermostop – High-temperature rinse cycle. The Thermostop system ensures that the water reaches the required high temperature during the final rinse, effectively eliminating bacteria and ensuring hygienic results.
  • Compatible with a wide range of glass and cup sizes. With a maximum item height of 27 cm, this bar glass washer machine is perfect for washing beer glasses, wine goblets, espresso cups, and bar glassware.
  • Integrated detergent and rinse aid dispensers. This industrial glass washer comes equipped with automatic dosing systems for detergent and rinse aid, ensuring spotless and streak-free glassware. The peristaltic rinse aid pump guarantees precise and continuous dosing.
  • Included. 1 round basket (41 cm), 1 cutlery insert, 6 detergent tanks, and 2 rinse aid tanks.
  • Drain pump installed. The drain pump expels dirty water from the tank at the end of the wash cycle. Once activated, it draws the water out and pushes it toward the drain, even if the drain is positioned higher than the glasswasher. It is essential for ensuring fast, complete, and efficient drainage, especially in professional settings with frequent wash cycles.
