This type of commercial digital pizza oven for 34cm-diameter pizzas is equipped with an electronic card. This allows you to program both the start/end of the baking time and two settings for processing: full rate and not continuous rate.
The steel chambers are independent, equipped with lighting and a heated base with Activestone® technology.
The oven chamber bottom resistances are placed inside the refractory stone; those on the ceiling are visible, allowing you to accelerate the oven heating times. The steel shell that covers them counteracts corrosion and rusting.
The safety thermostat supplied deactivates the heating elements if critical temperatures are reached.
Insulation is enhanced by the presence of additional wool, thus avoiding thermal dispersion.
The stainless-steel structure makes this digital pizza oven solid and durable.
