The programs also include preheating, maintenance and rapid cool down functions and delayed start up to 24h and the possibility of controlling the hood and the maintainer.
You can bake the dishes by setting the temperature from 30°C to 270°C (electric ovens) or from 30°C to 260°C (gas ovens).
This solid oven for restaurants is equipped with a cooking chamber in AISI 304 stainless steel and a door with adjustable opening at 60°, 90°, 120° and 180° with glass that allows you to monitor the baking process.
