This commercial bain marie food warmer is an indispensable piece of equipment for all catering activities that need to keep food warm inside Gastronorm basins. These can have up to 6 different sizes and a maximum height of 15 cm / 5,9 in.

  • This catering bain marie is made of hygienic and resistant AISI 304 stainless steel that guarantees durability over time. 
  • The tank is heated by means of external incoloy stainless steel resistances. The temperature of the water contained in the tank is regulated by means of an electronic thermostat, allowing the optimisation of energy consumption.
  • You can use Gastronorm trays of 6 different sizes and a maximum height of 15 cm/5,9in, giving you a wide choice of combinations.
  • The 304-stainless-steel tank, made from a single mould, is easy to clean thanks to its wide rounded edges.
  • On the front side there is a water discharge tap with a safety system that prevents accidental openings.
  • The feet are adjustable allowing you to vary the height of the electric bain marie according to your needs.
