Features of the electric bratt pan 120 Lt / 26,4 UKGal 90 cm / 35,4 in depth

The electric bratt pan has an AISI 304 stainless steel cooking tank with non-stick finish and rounded corners for easy cleaning.
You can tilt the tank manually by means of a handwheel up to 80°C/176°F thus facilitating the discharge of the finished product.
The cooking will always be homogeneous thanks to the perfect thermal conductivity of the externally welded 10 mm bottom of the tank ; the cooking tank, equipped with 20/10 thick walls, is heated by resistances in direct contact with the bottom; the generated temperature is adjustable from 100°C to 300°C (212°F to 572°F) by means of a thermostat and a switch.
The electric tilting pan is safe to use. A manual reset safety thermostat prevents the temperature from exceeding the maximum allowed, thus safeguarding the internal parts. The braising pan is also equipped with a safety microswitch that stops the machine operation when the tank is lifted.
The feet are adjustable.
