Thanks to this high-performance electric braising pan, ideal for wet cooking, you can easily prepare meat, fish and braised vegetables without dirtying your pots.

Features of the electric bratt pan 55 Lt - 70 cm / 27,5 in depth

The Electric bratt pan has an AISI 304 stainless-steel cooking tank.
You can tilt the tank manually, thus facilitating the discharge of the finished product.
The cooking will always be homogeneous thanks to the perfect thermal conductivity of the externally welded 10mm an AISI 304 stainless steel bottom; the cooking tank is heated by armoured heating elements in "Incoloy 800" alloy; the generated temperature is adjustable from 45°C to 300°C (113°F to 572°F) by means of a knob.
The electric tilting pan is safe to use. A reset safety thermostat prevents the temperature from exceeding the maximum allowed, thus safeguarding the internal parts. The braising pan is also equipped with a safety microswitch that stops the machine operation when the tank is lifted.
The feet are adjustable.
