This counter-top bain-marie tank is built with a stainless steel structure to prevent wear and the risk of oxidation in contact with the water needed for its operation.
 
Thanks to an adjustable thermostat, with a self-limitation to safeguard the health of the heating elements, it is possible to adjust the temperature from +30° to +90°C.
 
A practical drain tap has also been installed to facilitate emptying and cleaning the tank.
